The Board of Trustees has adopted Privacy Policies for each of the Plans based on the principles outlined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"). Any personal information collected about you, your spouse, common-law partner or beneficiary by the Trustees on behalf of the Plans is kept private and only used for the purpose of administering your benefits under the Plans.
